We require a 50% deposit when ordering, with the balance payable before collection or delivery.

Quotes may change after we review your artwork and project details.
To receive a quote, send us your artwork (low-res) along with details such as size, colours, paper, and quantity, and we will provide a quote.
-
Please send your artwork at 100% size, with a minimum of 300 dpi, in AI/eps or PSD/TIFF formats, with each colour separated and fonts outlined. Files under 5MB can be emailed; larger files should be sent via WeTransfer.
For the quote stage, please submit a low-resolution version of the artwork.
We can assist with artwork preparation or colour separations (£30/hour, billed in 15-minute segments).
Full design work from initial concept to print-ready artwork is billed separately; please contact us for a quote.
-
Each print is carefully hand-pulled and aligned. Because the process is manual, slight variations between prints can occur, which is normal and doesn’t affect overall quality.
We use professional water-based inks and can match colours as closely as possible, especially with a Pantone reference.
You can change ink colours mid-run for a £50 reset and colour-mixing fee if you’d like some variation during the job.
-
We print on Mohawk Superfine Ultra White Eggshell (324gsm), but can source other papers upon request.
If you supply your own stock, we ask for a sample (270–350 gsm, depending on artwork) and extra to cover the print run and potential wastage.
-
Typical turnaround is around 10 days, plus delivery or collection, though it can vary—earlier orders are best. Minimum order is 10 prints to cover setup.
We don’t print full proofs, instead we provide colour swatches and a digital artwork file for sign-off.
We can print as many colours as you like; more colours may increase cost and turnaround time.
