These Terms & Conditions apply to all print jobs and design services provided by Tuckshop London.

1. Quotes and Pricing

All prices are indicative and subject to confirmation in a written quote.

Prices cover screen printing only; design, artwork preparation, delivery, alternative paper, and speciality inks are quoted separately.

2. Artwork

Clients are responsible for supplying print-ready files, unless artwork prep/design is commissioned.

Additional work to prepare files will be quoted separately.

3. Design

We offer design and development of artwork for screen-printed editions, posters, and releases.

This is a separate service from the print job and is quoted on a per-project basis.

4. Proofs

Proofs are not offered as standard. Where a printed proof is requested and agreed, the proof charge covers only proofing labour and ink consumables. If the client chooses not to proceed with the full order after a proof, all other costs already incurred — including, but not limited to, artwork preparation, screen making, screen cleaning and custom ink mixing — remain chargeable and will be invoiced accordingly.

5. Payment

A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

Full payment is due before delivery or upon collection, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery is arranged separately and quoted on a per-project basis.

Collection is available by appointment only.

Once prints have been posted or collected by a courier, Tuckshop London is no longer responsible for their transit.

Any issues during shipping (loss, damage, or delay) should be handled directly with the delivery company.

If Tuckshop London arranges delivery on your behalf, we will take care in packaging and handing them to the courier, but liability for transit remains with the courier once the prints have left the studio.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their artwork.

Print Shop London may use images of prints for our portfolio or social media, unless otherwise requested.

8. Liability

Print Shop London is not liable for errors in supplied files.

We take care with all print jobs, but we cannot guarantee perfection if the files are unsuitable for printing.
